What we love about the category

Its our favourite category as it celebrates the impact of the individuals who are the true heroes of FMBE, the frontline brand communicators. That’s special in any year, this year has often seen brand ambassadors taking up key worker roles and helping to keep Britain moving through a crisis. This year the performances that we have seen reflect very well on the training and support that the best agencies and brand teams provide.

The category was as strong as ever with many field marketing agencies choosing this year to champion their most inspirational team members.

What our judges love about this year’s finalists

The Brand Ambassador segment of  this year’s FMBE Awards is longer than the other broadcasts. That’s because we want the brand ambassadors or their agency team leaders to be able to tell their story.

Our line up is FMCG field sales dominated, unsurprisingly given the support they have been able to offer to grocery retailers at a time when resources in store have often been stretched.

The two exceptions to that rule, also have fascinating stories to share from their work at Great Ormond’s Street Hospital and Heathrow airport…

So, if you want a snapshot of what high achieving brand ambassadors and sales people have done before and during COVID then this is a session you don’t want to miss.
