Everton agrees partnership with Fratelli Beretta

Everton Football Club has confirmed the signing of a new partnership agreement with Italian food production business Fratelli Beretta.

The multi-year partnership will see Fratelli Beretta become the Blues’ first Official Club Partner based in Italy and will give the Beretta Group marketing assets across the Club and a presence at Goodison Park on matchdays to increase awareness of its products in Asia, Europe and the USA.

The brand has a long history of investment in professional sports and currently holds partnerships with Italian football clubs Torino, Juventus and AC Milan. The agreement with Everton is the organisation’s first Premier League partnership.

Alan McTavish, commercial director at Everton Football Club, said: “We are delighted to welcome Fratelli Beretta to our growing portfolio of Official Club Partners. Our two organisations share the same belief in what is important – our values and ethos are a natural fit. We are both committed to looking after our communities and maintaining our proud sense of tradition and history.

“This partnership demonstrates the growing global appeal of Everton and represents another positive development in our commercial strategy. We look forward to a successful partnership with Fratelli Beretta for years to come.”

Paolo Beretta, project manager at Fratelli Beretta, said: “We are very proud to announce this new collaboration with Everton Football Club. Determination, teamwork and innovation are values that we hold close to us as an organisation and it quickly became clear from our discussions that they are values and principles that we share with this great football club. Like Everton, we have a strong and proud history behind us and we look forward to starting this new journey together.”

With more than 2,000 employees and 23 factories in Europe, the USA and Asia, Fratelli Beretta is one of the leaders in Italian food production and is a company that continually innovates in response to the diverse needs of an evolving market and its consumers.
