Smith & Sinclair provide bespoke cocktails at The Wonderland Bar

Les Enfant Terribles and ebp launched The Wonderland Bar on Thursday 20 April which runs alongside the immersive theatrical experience “Alice’s Adventures Underground” at The Vaults at Waterloo.
Open Tuesdays to Sundays until Saturday 23 September 2017, The Wonderland Bar is the new Alice in Wonderland inspired pop-up bar, based in the atmospheric tunnels underneath Waterloo Station. The bar is designed by Darling and Edge (the team behind Gingerline), and features characters from “Alice’s Adventures Underground” so guests can have their fortune told by Gypsy Rose or enjoy a spot of croquet with a fabulous flamingo.
A bespoke range of themed cocktails are on offer from Smith & Sinclair including ‘Just a Half a Cup of Tea’, a foamy gin, earl grey and citrus cocktail topped with a noisy surprise, and ‘Who Stole All The Tarts?’, vodka and rhubarb shaken with lemon and sweetened with a dollop of jam, topped off with one of the Queen of Hearts’ jam tarts.
Saucy Chip are providing an array of food including ‘The Jabberwocky’ burger or ‘The March Hare’s Saucy Mac’.
Sunday 30 April 2017 sees the first in a series of The Wonderland Bar’s ‘Unbirthday Celebrations’ with the Mad Hatter’s May Madness Party from 8.00pm to 2.00am. Featuring curious cocktails and a DJ.
