BEcause gets set for graduates

Brand experience agency BEcause has launched its new Graduate Talent Scheme, offering up to four lucky graduates the chance to gain six months paid work experience, with a view to offering two graduates permanent jobs at the end.

The new scheme aims to attract the UK’s brightest and most ambitious graduates, keen to carve a career in the dynamic world of experiential marketing.

The successful applicants will initially spend three months in BEcause’s Client Account Management Team, helping devise, plan and manage roadshows, sampling campaigns and immersive events for a range of well-known brands.

This will be followed by three months in the Field Services Management team, coordinating and liaising with The Staff Republic – BEcause’s frontline team of 1,500 Brand Ambassadors.

Throughout their placement, the graduates will receive training, support and exposure to different elements of the industry, and mentoring from highly experienced industry professionals.

Sharon Richey, CEO at BEcause comments: “We believe a person’s qualities are as important as their experience. We recruit on DNA, someone having the right attitude, skill-set and ambition. We’re looking for pro-active self-starters, confident communicators and honest people who are passionate about working on projects which get people talking by creating motivating experiences.”

Details of how to apply for the new BEcause Graduate Talent Scheme are available at www.becausexm.com. There are two deadlines for applications: 31st January 2014, for placements starting in March 2014; and Friday 25th April 2014 for a second phase of placements starting in June 2014, to cater for current final year students.
