Benefit Cosmetic’s World Cup pub set to sustain interest

With the World Cup now reaching the end of its first week of matches, and in spite of England’s participation teetering on the brink of first round exit, Gabbi’s Head, the pop-up girlie football pub looks set to sustain interest with its brand immersive month of events from Benefit Cosmetics. Benefit Cosmetics announced the launch of its very own beautiful pub for the beautiful game, a few weeks ago, but few would have guessed at the popularity of the project since it opened its doors for the first time last week with a press launch hosted by Sky news presenter and sports fan Kirsty Gallacher.

Situated in the heart of London’s Covent Garden and open for the duration of the Brazil championship, football lovers and Benefit fans alike are invited to view screenings of all major games, experience workshops, wine tastings and themed nights, win free Benefit products and watch hilarious stand-up comedy while choosing from a delicious menu of international cocktails and canapés.

Speaking about the launch Kirsty said, “I love football and have been wearing Benefit products for as long as I can remember so I am extremely excited to be opening the doors to Gabbi’s Head. This summer I can’t think of anything better than watching the beautiful game in beautiful surroundings. Not only will we be showing all of the matches but we have lots of surprises up our sleeve to roll out along the month. So if you want to help kick off the summer of sport, come down to Gabbi’s Head.”

The VIP led launch also saw celebrity appearances from Made In Chelsea star Ashley James, singer Diana Vickers and actress Samanth Barks.

All set within the ultimate football haven for women, highly trained ‘Bene-babe’ beauty artists have been on hand offering complimentary brow waxes, skin care sessions and make-uppers.

Pubgoers have been encouraged to make a donation to domestic abuse charity Refuge.

With a flexible event list themed to suit the line up of matches, Gabbi’s Head is sustaining the month long celebration with in depth brand immersion.
