Bristol business award for eXPD8

At a Gala Event held at Brunel’s Old Station in Bristol, eXPD8 has celebrated success at the prestigious 2014 Bristol Business Awards. eXPD8 was the winner in the “Large Business of the Year” category against tough competition from high profile companies across the region. eXPD8 was awarded the prize because it has achieved compound growth of more than 25% over the past 8 years, has invested over £2m in the region since inception and now employs 60 people in and around Bristol.
The company’s success is founded on its retail heritage and strong infrastructure built around a powerful call management system. Historically, growth has been organic, but has accelerated in the past year with the acquisition in October 2013 of Worthing based MSF which provides sampling and demonstration services, and of Tradewins Ireland headquartered in Dublin in April 2014, the pre-eminent provider of Field Marketing services in Ireland.
eXPD8 has been based in the centre of Bristol since it was established in 2002. The event was attended by Ben Jones, Sinead Power, Issy Player and Pete Bailey.
Director Pete Bailey said: “We are genuinely thrilled. Although we are a national business serving clients throughout the country, we love Bristol and being part of the Bristol community”.
