DBi strengthens senior team with new Sales Director

_Jonathan_Tate_littleDBi, Havas Media Group’s digital analytics and data consulting division, has  announced the appointment of Jonathan Tate as its new Sales Director.

Tate will work in partnership with Rob Jackson, DBi’s Managing Director, as well as the Group’s senior management team, which includes the recently appointed CEO of Havas Media Group UK and Ireland – Paul Frampton.

With a brief to develop the DBi professional service proposition to enable clients to extract more value from their customer data and marketing technologies, Tate will be responsible for building and developing new and existing commercial client relationships.

As the Group prepares for the London launch of the Havas Village in 2017, Tate will help develop data-led business solutions for the agency.

Operating at an executive level in business development across digital, advertising, marketing and communications, Tate will apply his two decades of expertise within the digital marketing sector to his new role. With experience on both agency (including MarketOne International and WPP) and vendor sides (Omniture and Adobe), he brings with him a deep understanding of how the collection, communication and activation of data and technology assets can deliver the best results for Group clients, including Domino’s, Axa, Nationwide Building Society and O2.

Rob Jackson, Managing Director, DBi commented: “Companies are increasingly challenged by the pace of change in order to remain relevant to their customers set against the ‘shiny new thing.’ Tate’s credentials speak volumes, and I have no doubt that his experience will be invaluable to our team and to our clients. He is absolutely the right person to guide clients on how to pragmatically gain the most value from their data and technology investments.”

Tate, added: “It’s an exciting time for DBi and the rest of the Group, and I look forward to being a part of such a forward thinking, dynamic team during this transformative time.”
