Fieldology offers Blink data service for field teams

Fieldology, part of the Activate Solutions Group, is a field force technology specialist. Originally founded to provide technology solutions to blue chip group clients, the launch of Blink means their services and software are now available externally for the first time.

Designed to work with teams of any size; Blink acts as a bridge between small and big data. It gathers information quickly and simply, reporting it in an immediately actionable way.

As well as data capture software, Fieldology offers clients a total field force management solution. This includes guidance on where and how to use the technology, as well as best practice for data capture and the supply of phones or tablets if required.

Real time monitoring and bespoke reporting portals allow for immediate responses. A sales team member hits sync on Blink and the data appears on the portal instantly. This means clients can react to it straight away, for example by redeploying their teams to take advantage of an unexpected opportunity.

Blink has been built on the back of Fusion; the Activate Solutions Group’s mobile data capture service. Working with clients such as Ferrero and The Health Lottery, nearly 2.5 million pieces of data pass through the platform every month.
