Frukt and Full Fat activate at festivals for Russian Standard Vodka

Russian Standard Vodka has made a bold pledge to kick start the UK’s summer schedule by announcing a multimillion pound enhancement of the brand’s ‘Vodka as it should be’ TV advertising campaign. The significantly increased campaign will see Russian Standard Vodka feature in a series of high impact slots across key channels from May to July. The campaign is part of an integrated £7 Million summer support program which includes a series of onsite activations around two of the UK’s biggest music festivals, Lovebox and Wilderness.

The ‘Vodka as it should be’ advertising is a sensual journey of discovery, conveyed through a series of dramatic beautiful close up shots taken by Director Howard Greenhalgh and his team.

Russian Standard Vodka will kick start the summer with an exciting programme of activations at two of the UK’s leading Festivals, Lovebox and Wilderness. The Russian Standard House of ‘Davai’, meaning “let’s go” in English, is set to enthral all those who enter, bringing to life a taste of modern day Russia.

At Lovebox, Davai will boast an individually programmed line-up showcasing DJ Yoda featuring The Trans-Siberian Marching Band, Rebel Bingo and party animals Horse Meat Disco, who will delight revellers with hours of non-stop music while enjoying traditional Russian Mule cocktails. In addition to this a team of contestants of the Miss Russia beauty contest – the Miss Russia Commandos – will lead festival goers to the Official Lovebox Russian Standard Vodka After Party.

The Russian Standard House of Davai at Wilderness will offer a sensory explosion as festival goers are treated to a unique interpretation of Shakespeare’s The Tempest by world renowned theatre group Footsbarn, while ballerinas, a true symbol of Russian beauty and excellence, meet modern break-dance in a spellbinding twist on a tradition.
