iD Staffing launches nationwide recruitment programme for Elizabeth Arden

iD Staffing, the recruitment arm of experiential marketing and in-store demonstration agency iD, has launched nationwide castings to recruit brand ambassadors to join their bespoke in-store demonstration programme for premium beauty client Elizabeth Arden.

The demonstrator programme suitably titled ‘Elizabeth Arden Excellence’ aims to recruit and train 100 health and beauty ambassadors, to represent the brand all year round in leading department stores throughout the UK & Ireland.

The programme has been designed to support various product launches across the brands fragrance portfolio, including; Juicy Couture, Justin Bieber, Britney Spears and Nicki Minaj.

Successful candidates will be invited to take part in a bespoke sales training session created by iD and Elizabeth Arden.

The session is designed to further enhance brand knowledge, as well as teaching ambassadors about the psychology behind selling and engaging consumers within the retail environment.

The castings kicked off on the 21st January and will visit 8 major cities in total, including; Newcastle, Glasgow, Birmingham, Manchester, Dublin and Belfast – finishing up in London’s historic Millbank Tower on the 26th February.
