Mirrors used by Ambient to reflect IE9 film connection

Ambient WW is launching an exciting ambient campaign to introduce Microsoft’s new Internet Explorer 9. The campaign, which is running in pubs and clubs in trendy Hoxton, East London, is launching today and will be running for 2 weeks.

The campaign, which has seen Ambient WW decorate mirrors in pubs and clubs across Hoxton, is looking to promote the interactive comic movie “The Random Adventures of Brandon Generator” which was written by Edgar Wright, Tommy Lee Edwards and Julian Barratt to demonstrate the new features of the IE9.

As in the interactive game, the idea behind the ambient mirror campaign, which has been commissioned by specialist Rapport, is to let audiences see themselves as the character of Brandon Generator.

Tim Davey, account manager at Ambient WW said “The idea of using mirrors to allow consumers to become the main character just like they do in the game, is simple but very effective. This promises to be a fun and much talked–about campaign.”
