Nestlé singers wow Asda shoppers

An all-singing promotional tour of Asda supermarkets is being undertaken by Nestlé this month, with an event roadshow created by agency The Big Kick.

The tour was picked up by Field Marketing’s mystery shoppers, accessed via iPhone crowdsourcing service Field Agent.

Field Agents discussed the promotion with staff from the stands at Leyton and Wembley. The nationwide Tour, which started on May 10th continues into early June. It features the strapline “Wow! A Breakfast that’s hard to beat”. At both Leyton and Wembley the promotion was supported by Nestlé singers who entertained shoppers with the campaign’s breakfast song “Wow! It’s the Nestlé breakfast!”

The reports from both of the mystery shoppers were very positive about the activity, which featured a bright stand including a giant cereal bowl and a Jenga style tower game.

The mystery shoppers also used their iPhone’s to photograph the activity.

Staff were provided for the promotion by agency Goal.
