Regaine and PRISM team up to score for World Cup glory at London stations

A Regaine team will bring football fever to London during this summer’s FIFA World Cup with multiple penalty shootout sessions taking place across the city, allowing fans to perform their best football skills and share their passion for the game.

As part of the Regaine team’s ‘Facts Not Fiction’ campaign, stands will be set up at three of London’s busiest train stations where commuters will be able to put their football knowledge and penalty strike rates to the test and imitate their heroes during the group stages of the tournament taking place in Brazil.

Those who qualify as top scorers will be in with a chance of winning FIFA World Cup prizes to celebrate the fact that the Regaine brand is an official sponsor of the 2014 FIFA World Cup.

Renowned Professional Football Freestyler John Whetton will also be wowing the crowds at London Victoria on Thursday 12 June by demonstrating his unique skills.

PRISM, the sports marketing and sponsorship agency of advertising giant WPP, has been tasked to activate the Regaine brand’s sponsorship of the FIFA World Cup.

The ‘Facts not Fiction’ penalty stand will appear at the following stations:

  • London Victoria: Wednesday 11 June – Friday 13 June, 7am-7pm      Including an appearance by John Whetton

  • London Liverpool Street: Wednesday 18 June – Friday 20 June, 7am-7pm

  • London Waterloo: Tuesday 24 June – Thursday 26 June, 7am-7pm
