Retail Marketing Group wins Nokia field marketing contract

Management of Nokia’s key outsourced field marketing force has been contracted to Retail Marketing Group (RMG), a move which has involved staff on the team in a TUPE transfer from agency Cosine to RMG .

The new deal is for three years.

The Nokia team is expected to expand from 20 to 25 field operators under the new management.

The news of the transfer was broken by Mobile Today magazine to whom Nokia’s director of sales operations James Kitto disclosed that RMG had won the contract through a robust, open and fair competitive tender.

The team will be focussed on sales advocacy for the Lumea portfolio.
