SalesClic integrates with Highrise to support sales team CRM

Nimble Apps has announced today the integration of its SalesClic application with Highrise, a customer relationship management application used primarily by small to medium businesses. SalesClic provides daily guidance on how to reach sales targets and greater accuracy with regard to existing forecasts. Highrise users can now use SalesClic with their 37signals ID to enhance their experience.

Currently, Highrise enables users to keep a permanent record of people they do business with. Sales teams can keep track of their contacts and monitor when they spoke and what was said. More than 20 million contacts are tracked using Highrise and each opportunity status details whether it is ‘Pending’, ‘Won’ or ‘Lost’. Once integrated, the SalesClic solution focuses on the ‘Pending’ opportunities to determine where in the sales pipeline the opportunity is and the likelihood that it will progress and ultimately close.

Applying Salesclic to Highrise will allow sales teams to closely track the progress of an opportunity and accurately monitor future performances based on past results. With SalesClic applied, Highrise users will be able to divide pending opportunities into as many sales pipeline stages as required, alongside the corresponding closing possibilities. They will be able to use a drag-and-drop feature which will update opportunities in new sales channels and show real-time calculations of key sales pipeline metrics.
