Sennheiser continues with Beyond the Box

Retail training firm Beyond The Box has been commissioned by Sennheiser UK as a retail training partner for the second year running.

“The Beyond The Box team proved to be very successful last year and added great value to our consumer headphone offering by supporting our key retailers’ in-store sales efforts” said Peter May, sales and marketing director at Sennheiser. ‘ We want customers to get a great Sennheiser experience in store so having knowledgeable shop floor staff means customers hear the very best products with the very best service and advice”.

The Beyond The Box team has been specially selected for their knowledge and expertise. The training managers will visit all major headphone retailers over a six month period offering full demonstration and training support on Sennheiser headphones. Central to the in-store training programme is that store staff will be able to experience – first hand – the high quality sound that Sennheiser products deliver.

New for this year (as part of Sennheiser’s Masters of Sound campaign) is a Silver and Gold level training programme for 100 selected staff to help them reach a new level of understanding and become recognised as Sennheiser Brand Ambassadors.
