Sense launches recruitment drive

Sense, has launched ‘Sense Select’ – a major new Brand Ambassador recruitment drive that encourages internal staff to act as Brand Ambassador talent scouts.

Sense have enjoyed a fantastic start to the year – winning new work and roster appointments with some of the world’s leading businesses including: Coca-Cola, Mars UK, Molson Coors, Microsoft, Samsung and Sky.

Jon Spary, new business director said: “Our staffing department’s mantra has always been ‘quality not quantity’ and so we keep a tight database of around 2,100 event staff. We place a great value in our brand ambassadors and put at least 20 per year through a dedicated Event Management course. Whilst great to see people’s progress, it means we always need more quality staff coming through at BA level”.

The initiative encourages any Sense staff member who encounters someone they feel ‘has what it takes’ and is of the right quality, to approach them regarding opportunities at Sense, noting what activity they were working on and why they impressed them.

To fuel competition and maintain momentum to the initiative, a leader board has been set up with quarterly prizes offering added incentive to seek out the event stars of tomorrow.
