SpaceandPeople offers brand options for Fusion Festival

SpaceandPeople has secured an agreement with London music agency Miles to manage promotional and brand experience activity at this year’s Fusion Festival in Birmingham.

The Fusion Festival, in association with Capital FM and in support of the Princes Trust, is back for its second year to host the biggest urban pop party in the UK. The festival takes place at Cofton Park, Birmingham on Saturday 30th and Sunday 31st August 2014, and will play host to no less than 20 pop acts and is expected to attract over 60,000 music fans over the weekend.

Confirmed acts include international stars such as Pitbull and Jessie J as well as Dizzee Rascal, Neon Jungle, Lawson and Union J. Full line up is available at www.thefusionfestival.co.uk

There are various packages on offer for brands such as Media and Sponsor partnerships with benefits including on site branding, pre-event promotion artist led social media interaction in the lead up to the festival, experiential spaces ranging in size from 5m x 5m to 20m x 20m and fully tailored branding and activation solutions before during and after the festival.

Nick Hill, sales director at SpaceandPeople, commented on the new agreement: “We are very excited about the new partnership with Miles and the potential the event offers. The Fusion Festival provides a fantastic opportunity for brands to engage with 16-24 years olds and their parents in the build up to and during the event. The Festival offers a unique platform for experiential and promotional activity and is an ideal way to differentiate a brand for its competitors. ”

Damien Sanders, Fusion Festival director says “We are delighted at this new partnership. Fusion is only in its second year and has already grown to become one of the most talked about pop events of the year. We’ve got some great additions to the line-up still to announce and one or two that really are something special. It’s an exciting time”

Jack Horlock, global talent and brand director of Miles says of the new partnership: “Our experiential partnership with SpaceandPeople will take Fusion to the next level of engagement for brands to activate and create experiences for our guests over the weekend”.
