Tactical Solutions recognised by Investors in People

One of the UK’s leading retail field sales agencies, Tactical Solutions has been recognised once again by Investors in People, after being awarded accreditation against the organisation’s standard, demonstrating their commitment to high performance through good people management.
Tactical Solutions has been based in Chester for more than 15 years. During this time, the company has become one the UK’s leading field sales agencies and is now part of St Ives Group. Tactical works with leading brands such as Birds Eye, Innocent and Kettle Chips to deliver outstanding results for its clients through field sales, data insight and brand engagement.
The agency took part in a rigorous review process, where an assessor visited their head office and assessed all elements from the training academy to the company induction where employees take part in a 26-week training programme.
Investors in People is the international standard for people management, defining what it takes to lead, support and manage people effectively to achieve sustainable results. Underpinning the Standard is the Investors in People framework, reflecting the latest workplace trends, essential skills and effective structures required to outperform in any industry. Investors in People enables organisations to benchmark against the best in the business on an international scale.
