Zync Cloud sees product updates to aid field marketing teams

Zync Solutions Ltd, a leading provider of hosted data-capture systems for Field Sales, Marketing and Market Research, has launched new features to its Zync Cloud platform system that can be used on Android, iOS (iPhone & iPad and iPod Touch) and Windows Phone*.

The new features include:

• A modern consistent interface across all devices for iOS, Android and Windows Phone. This provides the user with the same experience of interface across all device types.
• Free Instant Push messaging, equivalent to a text message, with message acknowledgement (Android, iOS & Windows Phone).
• A built in camera barcode and QS scanner removing the need for a separate hardware scanner. NB. An auto focus camera is required for this feature (Android, iOS & Windows Phone).
• Wireless printing of receipts on supported Zebra hardware (for Android & Windows Mobile). Further new features to Zync Cloud’s system include: * Interfacing with Salesforce.com & Sugar CRM for key data.
• Multi lingual support for English, Spanish, German, French and Italian.
• Tablet support for Android, iPads and the upcoming Windows Surface Tablet (launching in October 2012).

Zync Solutions offers broad data capture support including Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Web Data Capture, Windows Mobile, Windows Phone, Android and iPhone and iPod Touch.

• On-going support for older devices including Windows Mobile 6.0+, iOS 5+, Android 2.2+ and Windows Phone 7.5+
