I am Kind UK Field Marketing & Events Manager.  I love leading our team of Field Marketing Executives & brand ambassadors. We’re a highly creative and proactive team – every day is different for us!

What is your mission for Kind?

Kind is on a mission to become the UK’s #1 and most loved healthy snacking brand.  By building the best team, keeping our product at the forefront and incorporating Kindness into everything we do – Field Marketing is the way to get us there!

What has been the highlight over the last 12 months?

We’ve done some amazing partnerships and events. This summer we were at Virgin Sport Hackney Half Marathon and the London 10k, as well as the Big Feastival and Camp Bestival.  Not to mention our team has tripled in size, so recruiting & hiring rockstar brand ambassadors is something we are very proud of!

Why is sampling so important for the brand?

Anyone that tries Kind, loves Kind.  Direct consumer sampling allows us to educate consumers about the health benefits of our product and gain instant feedback. It also allows us to share our brand ethos and give consumers a genuinely Kind experience.

What part does experiential and field marketing play in Kind’s success?

Field marketing has always been our #1 focus, it’s how we built from the ground up and will always remain at the heart of our marketing activity.  It’s also super adaptable – whether it’s a new market launch or a super established country like the USA.

What is on the horizon for the brand?

We have a tremendous amount of innovation that we are excited to bring to consumers that continues to deliver on our values of being healthy and tasty. We will also continue to grow our team of brand ambassadors across the country and go even bigger and better with our events!
