Through the years, going by the passion of the participants, it has been FMBE’s most keenly contested category. Team spirit is what field marketing truly thrives on and the category attracts the absolute best in the business, year in, year out.
What our judges love about this year’s finalists
Acosta Europe Reach – Heineken
In year one after a TUPE transfer, team improvement is a minimum requirement. This entry offered evidence of cohesion and success that far outstripped the minimum.
Field Sales Solutions – P&G
The team behind silver wins for the last two years, including last year’s focus on the unity of the P&G Gillette group is back for another tilt at the title in the year when contact extension was at stake.
Instore Field Marketing – Lidl
Another year one of contract case study that pushed beyond expectations, in this case one that turned Lidl into an effective player in the magazines sector after the team took up its new challenges with impressive immediacy.
PRL – Kraft Heinz
This squad showed how an impressively focused sales training programme, a new sales concept and a “one team” ethic underpinned a dramatic results performance.
REL Field Marketing – Weetabix
That team that won bronze here last year has taken a big step forwards in terms of challenge and results as a new contract to run the wholesale team was brought in alongside the existing grocery team.
