They embrace best practice alongside sound financial management and campaign creativity and ROI. A major consequence of this category has been to champion openness and trust so that longer term contracts and relationships have become more normal.
What our judges love about this year’s finalists
Strong client relationships are the foundation stones of all of this year’s finalists. These trust relationships typically allow agencies to push creative boundaries and knock challenging KPIs out of the park year after year, as well as building on the reputation for new client wins.
This virtuous circle was of course challenged in 2020 by a deadly pandemic that has required quick reactions. Again, the agencies listed have had the strength to come through these challenges with the right staff and processes in place to be a reassuring high-performance partner for brand projects in 2021.
