SpaceandPeople announces Trinity Leeds available for brand experiences

SpaceandPeople is pleased to announce that promotional space can now be booked into Trinity Leeds, the only major shopping centre to open in the UK this year, which launched in spectacular style in March. SpaceandPeople Sales Director, Nick Hill, is looking forward to the opportunities that are certain to arise in conjunction with Trinity Leeds, saying that “as a city centre development, Trinity Leeds is the missing piece in the retail landscape”.

Trinity Leeds, spanning a million square foot, is revolutionising Leeds’ existing retail offering. Expected to propel the city from 7th to 4th place in the retail spend tables, Land Securities has secured a stellar 120 retailer strong tenant list for the new venue including Victoria’s Secret, two D&D restaurants and an Everyman cinema, all of whom have chosen Trinity Leeds as their first UK venture outside of London.

Benefiting from the footfall of three of Leeds’ busiest shopping streets, Land Securities forecasts 23 million visitors for Trinity Leeds’ first year. Brands will be offered a unique opportunity to engage with a high demographic, high footfall and highly interactive audience. The experiential space has been strategically placed to benefit from the footfall of two of the centre’s main entrances and to be visible from all levels of the centre.
