Food-To-Go Guru takes the stage at National Convenience

Oxxygen Marketing’s Max Jenvey, a “food-to-go guru” will share industry insights at the Retailer’s Hub, National Convenience Show (NCS) 2015 21st April ’15, the only independent event for the UK convenience sector.

Max, accompanied by Marshall Moir, General Mills will present a best practice session on how retailers can understand and maximize the massive Food-To-Go opportunity from dawn to dusk for independent retailers.

Jenvey said: “Food to go is the fastest growing sector, equating to 20% of footfall and 15% of spend. The session we deliver is an ideal platform to support independent retailers with practical food-to-go solutions which they can implement quickly and cost effectively allowing them to make significant increases in customer satisfaction and revenue. Our mission is to support independent retailers to make the most of their space and give the multiple retailers a run for their money, size does not matter!”

The Food-To-Go market is a growing sector, with 24p in every £1 spent in convenience stores on meal occasions, this is the perfect moment for independent retailers to invest in food-to-go solutions.

The best practice food-to-go session is just one part of the new NCS 2015 platform, the Retailer Hub. The Retailer Hub platform has many more helpful and practical sessions scheduled to help retailers make the best of their operations and increase profits. From range and merchandise support, to display and standing out from the crowd, the Retailer Hub is designed to help the independent retailer make more impact and more money. This platform will bring together the whole convenience retail market such as suppliers, wholesalers and retailers, exchanging ideas and giving advice.

The exhibition  takes place from the 20th to the 22nd of April at NEC Birmingham. If you are interested in attending this best practice food-to-go session, you will find Max Jenvey and Marshall Moir on Tuesday 21st of April from 12:10 to 12:45 at the National Convenience Show, Stand M40 Entrance through hall 9.
