whynot! were challenged by Anchor to engage shoppers early in the festive season. Anchor Spreadable wanted to use this period before Christmas to target price-conscious dairy spread consumers, encouraging them to spend a little more and trade up on taste in the lead up to Christmas.
The new campaign plays on the fact that most people want to sneak a peek at the presents under the tree before Christmas Day. whynot! created “ shake it, squeeze it, win it’ an on-pack promotion that is activated online running from now until December.
Consumers must enter a code from promotional packs of Anchor Spreadable, for the chance to win thousands of presents!
Consumers can go online to shake it, squeeze it and have a peek to see if they can guess the present. If correct, they win the present – from a prezzybox voucher and digital cameras to Christmas jumpers and socks and bikes for the family. All entrants will be entered into a prize draw to win a family trip to Florida.
The promotion is part of Anchor’s new campaign for 2015 – ‘That’s the Good Stuff’ – and has the ‘Hugglers’ helping prepare for Christmas.
