Bray Leino and Jägermeister bring the zombie apocalypse to pubs and bars

Jägermeister is all set to give party-goers a fright this Halloween, turning UK pubs and bars into scenes of the zombie apocalypse.
Over 2,800 Zombie Takeover kits, created by Bray Leino, have been distributed to on-trade customers. They include a host of gory props and accessories to decorate venues and give staff and customers that ‘back from the dead’ look.
The #JagerZombie hashtag returns, heightening the Jägermeister Halloween buzz by encouraging bar staff and the public to share their best undead party images across social media.
Halloween has become a massive event for on-trade, rivalling Christmas Eve and New Year, and consumers have come to associate the celebration with Jägermeister.
Bray Leino CEO Kate Cox said: “With our support, Jägermeister’s fearsome on-trade activations have helped make the brand a central component of the Halloween party for consumers and on-trade customers.”
Nicole Goodwin, marketing director, Mast-Jaegermeister UK, said: “To build on the success of the last two years we have evolved the ‘Zombie Takeover’ kits making them bigger, better and of course, scarier than ever before. For 2016 we are meeting our customer’s needs by maximising the brand’s on-trade presence to secure Jägermeister’s position as the best-selling spirit of Halloween.”
