Avantgarde London launches Avantgarde People

Avantgarde London has launched a new premier staffing service, Avantgarde People, to complement the breadth of experiential marketing objectives that exist.

Launching the service Avantgarde stated that as an agency it doesn’t believe in a ‘one size fits all’ approach for promotional staff, event hosts and brand ambassadors. It recognises that requirements for personal qualities, brand literacy, product knowledge and customer service experience amongst staff will differ for each individual job.

Using bespoke recruitment, briefing, training and reporting processes pioneered by Avantgarde HQ in Munich, Avantgarde People aims to help professionalise experiential staffing and deliver a better level of client service. Avantgarde believes that experiential staff can be a valuable marketing tool if required and should therefore be worthy of investment in terms of retention and career development.

Avantgarde People is headed up by Bailey Hill who brings with her 11 years of industry experience. Having started as a Brand Ambassador herself, she understands the nuances of working in the field and can relate to the staff she manages. She has managed numerous campaigns in the field ranging from charity collection teams to major sporting events.
