Nordic Cinema Group selects Nepa’s ActionHub

Nepa’s relationship with SF Bio dates back to 2009 and has resulted in one of Sweden’s largest consumer panels, Filmpanelen, with over 69 000 members. Nordic Cinema Group was founded in 2013 when FinnKino acquired SF Bio. This new group is the largest cinema operator in the Nordic and Baltic region. When NCG recently needed a company-wide platform and solution for measuring and acting on customer feedback and satisfaction they chose Nepa and the ActionHub.
ActionHub enables trigger-based research, surveys that are sent based on cinema visits, online browsing behavior or other behaviors. What makes the ActionHub™ unique is the possibility to combine different data sources which allows for insights and their corresponding actions to be quantified with a financial value. For example, an improvement in satisfaction with a product or department of 1% can be translated into dollars and cents.
Lisa Henning, team lead retail & FMCG Industry Sweden, Nepa comments, ”We are happy to welcome Nordic Cinema Group among the growing number of clients who are choosing the ActionHub™ in order to transform the voice of the customer into actionable insights. After a long and fruitful cooperation with SF Bio we are delighted to now work with the entire Nordic Cinema Group.”- Lisa Henning, Team Lead Retail & FMCG Industry Sweden, Nepa
Jonas Yngfalk, group business development manager, Nordic Cinema Group says ”We are happy with the vendor selection process. The ActionHub™ will provide us with actionable insights about our cinema goers and how we can impact our profitability. We chose Nepa because their platform and solution enable all of our departments to take data driven and customer centric decisions.”
