psLive rolls out data tank

psLive has unveiled the Think Tank, a highly mobile, all-terrain brainstorming facility.

Michael Brown, MD, explains the thinking. “Because of our enviable position as part of the global media giant Dentsu-Aegis Network, we have access to a breath-taking wealth of proprietary consumer insight. One of our missions for 2014 is to get our clients to understand the scope and scale of our insight tools and how this should influence the creative solution to a brief, and deliver effective, measurable experiential OOH campaigns”,

The Think Tank is an actual decommissioned UN peace-keeping vehicle. The Think Tank is road legal, has on-board Wi-Fi and presentation facilities, with seating for up to 10 senior decision makers. The Think Tank’s first outing takes place on February 26th, when it rolls into Havas Media as part of #inspiringOOH: a Posterscope initiative designed to engage media planners with innovation opportunities that exist in the out-of-home environment. The Think Tank will roll across town to Carat and Vizeum the same day.

David Gordon, head of insight at both Posterscope and the global psLive network says data and insight are the arsenal from which strategy and tactics are underpinned. “The Think Tank gives a bit of edge to the data armoury, in a very literal sense, and provides an engaging platform to speak about data. For instance, this year we have invested in bespoke studies to understand the personalities and character types of people who participate in experiential. This is potentially priceless information that could massively shape our creative responses to briefs.”
