Saximo launches digital screen and brand experience platform

Media and marketing agency Saximo is launching a new Concert TV media network, Saximo TV, which provides brands with an exclusive new opportunity to advertise at some of the biggest music events in the UK. These already include the Britain’s Got Talent and X Factor Auditions, along with concerts and festivals with major international artists and promoters and the network is looking to expand its advertising opportunities by signing up other exciting live events. Advertisers will be able to appear on giant screens at these live events to communicate with audiences before artists take to the stage, or during the Live Auditions while people queue.
In addition, Saximo will be providing brands with the opportunity to extend the impact of their advertising through product sampling, experiential activity, brand activation and audience interaction through its teams on the ground.
To support the launch of Saximo TV, the company has appointed Digital Out of Home (DOOH) sales company Hub Digital Networks to handle its network sales on an exclusive basis. This appointment adds to Hub Digital Networks’ growing roster of media networks, having already secured sole rights to two other major independent DOOH networks. It already works with TONI&GUY TV, which has over 1500 screens in more than 250 salons nationwide to reach affluent females and Acentic Media, an international provider of digital TV services for leading four- and five-star-hotels.
Through Hub Digital Networks, advertisers will be able to buy powerful TV ad spots on Saximo TV’s screens to reach a captive audience of relaxed, receptive consumers. Saximo’s exclusive events will, in particular, provide access to a core audience of difficult-to-reach young event goers and engage with them through the impact of big screens in an uncluttered environment. Most people attend these events with friends and family so Saximo TV advertising also offers all the benefits of social media as those attending share their experiences with others. Key target markets for Saximo TV include mobile, online fashion, cinema, music, fast food and other youth brands.

The first screen sponsorship events for advertisers are the Britain’s Got Talent Auditions, which start in late January and X Factor Auditions which start in May, with both events expecting to attract audiences of between 10-12,000 every day. The outdoor screens and audio for the Britain’s Got Talent and X Factor auditions are being supplied by Fonix Led Ltd.
