TRO launches NOW & NXT board to supercharge agency and people growth

Live events and experiential experts, TRO, have launched NOW & NXT, an initiative designed to infuse diverse thinking into the agency’s operations while enhancing decision-making processes and nurturing future leaders.

Following an internal application process, six TROers have been appointed: Andrew Brown, Alice Holden-Brown, Izzi Rix, Blythe Grieve, Ben Meaden and Louisa Daley.

These newly appointed members will collaborate closely to support the senior leadership team by providing fresh perspectives and challenging the status quo to drive innovation and strategic growth within the agency.

Through regular workshops and away days, the NOW & NXT board will ensure an ongoing dialogue with senior leaders, fostering a culture of inclusivity and continuous improvement.

The team members will refresh each year, ensuring the NOW & NXT board remains dynamic and reflective of diverse insights.
