Whynot! brings a taste of Malaysia to the Southbank

This may bank holiday, creative agency whynot! is bringing a taste of the exotic to the Southbank, as they host the second annual Malaysia Kitchen Spring Market event.

Whynot! has worked with Matrade to produce the event which will see 15 different Malaysian restaurants and vendors from across the UK gather on London’s Southbank to showcase the very best in Malaysian cuisine, selling everything from Beef Rendang and Chicken Satay through to delicious Laksa.

There will be performances by Malaysian and British artists, cookery demonstrations by chefs and the chance to sample the delights of Malaysia’s vibrant cuisine.

Stuart Knight, Senior Partner at whynot! says, ‘We are proud to say that last Malaysia Kitchen Spring Market drew 112,000 visitors to the event and was successful in highlighting the very best of Malaysian cuisine. This year looks to be bigger and better than ever with more stalls, more performers and hopefully even more visitors.’

This event is part of a year-long Malaysia Kitchen program, supported by Matrade.
