Innovation Incubator set to provide pitch platform at IOEX

The International Outdoor Event Expo (IOEX) has launched its Innovation Incubator area at the exhibition, designed to give event organisers the chance to see quick fire pitches from the most exciting innovations to hit the event market in 2012.
IOEX, which takes place at ExCeL London from the 6th – 8th March will give the latest products and services a showcase platform, with the challenge to pitch themselves in a rapid 15 minute window. The concepts must be unpatented or within 6 months of their launch date.
Mark Gordon, sales director for IOEX explained:
“This provides an excellent opportunity to launch new products and services in front of a very receptive audience in the live events sector. This will be great for companies looking to get feedback for ideas and concepts, spreading the word about the availability of revolutionary products and getting valuable business leads.
“From the research that we did with focus groups, innovations were something that everyone was keen to hear about so we have developed this show feature to present them all in one place, making it time effective for organisers. We will be putting together a programme of entries to run across the three days so visitors can attend multiple sessions and see the latest innovations.”
Suppliers to the events industry are invited to submit their innovations in product or service at http://www.ioex.co.uk/incubatorentries by 1st February to take part.
