The Tupe transfer that saw the Adidas product trainer team move over to REL Field Marketing in February 2023 has heralded the emergence of one of the most intriguing teams in FMBE.

As a regional product trainer Danielle Watts was one of the staff who transferred to REL with the contract.

This entry showed how she has become a leading light in the forwards progress of the team as it takes on its first year under REL’s guidance.

She has become “a pivotal link” between staff, client and field team whilst also being praised by key retailer Sports Direct.

Danielle is a runner who is a dedicated user of the product that she works for, and that natural connection was shown in several testimonials from the client and retailers. Adidas awarded Danielle with their Train the Trainer prize, presented in Germany this year.
