Invnt flexes its storytelling talent in the US

Invnt, the global, innovation-led live brandstorytelling agency, strengthened its U.S. creative team through a series of promotions and appointments.

The growth follows a significant period for the agency’s creative engine, which has delivered creative, strategic and experiential work for brands and organizations including LinkedIn, Oracle (AI World), Amazon, Duke University, SHRM, Rivian, Cadillac at Formula 1, PepsiCo, Gilead, Hitachi Vantara and more.

The U.S. team forms part of Invnt’s global creative department, led across the agency’s international offices by Chief Creative Officer Paul Blurton.

Matt Flachsenhaar was promoted to Vice President, Creative, while Allie Pristas stepped into the role of Executive Creative Director, with Paul Leopold becoming Senior Creative Director.

“I’ve watched Allie and Paul evolve beyond creating strategic, culturally resonant and emotionally powerful work,” said Flachsenhaar. “They have become true experts in our clients’ businesses, helping shape not only individual projects but the direction and growth of entire accounts.”

Recently, Invnt also promoted Caitlin Regan and Kate Capone to Design Directors and Alex Cannon to Art Director. Nick Casillo joined the team as Associate Graphic Designer, alongside Ana Mahadevan.

Regan and Capone, who have worked together for more than a decade, now jointly lead Invnt’s growing U.S. design department. Together, they are building a diverse team, introducing new ways to bring industry-leading design to life, and maintaining the visual craft and aesthetic excellence for which Invnt is known.

The appointments also come amid global awards momentum for Invnt’s creative, strategic, and experiential work. The agency was recognized to Event Marketers’ 100 Top Agencies IT List, earned 14 Clio Awards, including a Grand Clio, and Invnt’s first Cannes Lion for the Infinite Saree Movement, created for Klick Health and the Red Dot Foundation.
