Arc Stars launches to offer bespoke staff selection

Arc has launched a stand-alone promotional staffing agency, Arc Stars, creating one of the largest in-house full-service staffing divisions in the UK.

Arc Stars will provide clients with direct access to the highest calibre event staff relevant to their brands, based on the agency’s personality-profiling technology.

Led by staffing director Cathy Henderson, the dedicated team of 15 at Arc Stars will offer bespoke staff selection across experiential, retail and events, as well as mystery shopping, auditing and field management.

Arc Stars, part of the Leo Burnett Group, and the staffing arm of brand activation agency Arc London, will develop its own client base as well as continuing to meet the staffing needs of existing Arc clients including Mondelez, Givenchy and Tesco – for which Arc already delivers over 55,000 staff days per year.

At launch, Arc Stars will be delivering 3,500 staffing days per month for the Tesco in-store demonstration programme, as well as a variety of brand experiences for Bosch, Mondelez and News International, including sampling activity, in-store retail events and engaging experiential platforms.
