CaseStudyNinja launches to help businesses create, manage and publish case studies

CaseStudyNinja.com, a new cloud software product and support service has officially launched to enable global businesses to create, manage and publish case study collateral that communicates their customer success stories effectively for new business wins and wider audience reach.

CaseStudyNinja provides guided templates for businesses to create their own best-practice case studies and a dedicated service to access a pool of experienced writers and video content producers who can do the whole job for them. The global online service offers a secure portal to manage and publish case studies on a private or public-access basis and enables invited team members to access case studies across multiple platforms such as on tablets or smart phones via its user-friendly Android and IOS apps.

Sarah Dillingham, founder of CaseStudyNinja.com said: “Having worked for over two decades in the City and for central government, I have heard many frustrated business owners and sales and marketing professionals despair over the lack of good-quality case studies to help them showcase their business. I wanted to develop a global online service that ultimately simplifies this process making it much easier and quicker for businesses to create, manage and publish their customer success stories so they can get on with meeting other key business objectives. Our service offers the opportunity for organisations to pass on the whole case study process over to us, from customer interview to the finished content product. That investment is often a small price to pay to have a series of customer-ready testimonials at your fingertips that ultimately prove just how good your business actually is.”

CaseStudyNinja users can output to PowerPoint and Word to accelerate pitch and proposal development time. Client-approved public facing content can be tagged by country, sector and service, and powerful filters, #search capabilities and social sharing buttons help businesses boost SEO whilst enabling journalists and other potential new customers to find them.

CaseStudyNinja.com piloted its service in January 2016 and now has over 50 companies using it to manage their case study output.

Vince Warrington, managing director, Protective Intelligence comments:  “Case studies are vital for our business to help us win new projects. Nothing sells our service better than the success of our customers and with CaseStudyNinja I can find all my case studies when I need them, on my phone, laptop or iPad, looking good and ready to share with clients.”

Jenny Stimpson, MD Fresh Media Digital and ex-BBC award winning producer comments:“Case studies are an authentic way to tell a business story. Combining text, testimonial, video and access to business owners makes CaseStudyNinja a powerful resource for any journalist to source case studies and quotes.”
