N2O helps Elf Market pop up for Baylis & Harding

Award-winning creative brand experience experts N2O are going live with an Elf Market for Baylis & Harding, targeted at children and their parents in the run up to Christmas.
The candy cane-adorned interactive experience features a warm-lit wood cabin and a snowy footprint trail full of sharable moments. Children are invited to sit at the log table and write their letter to Father Christmas, and once posted in the post box, adults can enter a prize draw to win £200 to spend on their Christmas shopping.
The concept – centred around exploration – was designed specifically for children; with products on the market-style carts at a child’s height, so there are no barriers to getting involved. Footprints in the snow highlight the visual and physical journey; encouraging children to take their first step into the festive Elf Market experience.
And after completing their journey and writing their letter to Father Christmas, children and adults alike can take a photo at the Candycane Brandstand to share on social media and take a memento away with them (in addition to a branded take-home Elf hat)
Paul Gillam, Creative Director at N2O, said: “This brief was perfectly timed and offered an opportunity for Baylis & Harding to show off a different side of their brand. For many, Christmas is all about the kids, so we created a magical Elf Market experience, perfectly sized for children to make it feel like it’s definitely for them. But it’s much more profound than high-quality gifts that make bathtime fun; it allows Baylis & Harding to give parents much-needed help with the cost of Christmas.”
Tania Slater, co-owner and creative director at Baylis & Harding, said: “We are delighted to have our brand brought to life through such an engaging, creative and interactive experience for all the family to enjoy”.
The Elf Market will be live at Boots stores in Manchester’s Trafford Centre on November 12th and 13th, Sheffield’s Meadowhall on 19th and 20th November, Birmingham’s Bullring on 10th and 11th and December, and finally Westfield White City on 17th and 18th December.
