Pride festivals may have been cancelled this year, but N2O has still been brand active as a experience creator on behalf of Unilever and Pride, via a retail experience at Superdrug. This Superdrug store takeover (see video) showcased Unilever brands Lynx, Closeup, Simple & Vaseline. Beginning with an eye-catching window display, customers followed the rainbow path through store, leading them to a Pride tunnel packed full of products that support Switchboard, an LGBT+ helpline.
The collaboration is also the third year in which Superdrug and Unilever have supported Switchboard to whom they have jointly pledged a £50,000 donation.
Georgina Bradford, marketing director Skin Care UKI & Europe at Unilever, says: “Switchboard LGBT+ helpline is at the heart of the LGBT+ community providing vital support and advice. This is our third year of collaborating with Superdrug for Pride which means we are able to fund the Switchboard LGBT+ Helpline for six months as well as support Brighton Pride & The Rainbow Fund”.
