New hire Tarpinder Puar brings retail relationships expertise to N2O

Award-winning creative brand experience agency, N2O, strengthens its Tesco team with the appointment of Tarpinder Puar in a senior leadership role, dedicated to driving success for the account.

Tarpinder brings over 15 years of expertise across grocery, online retail, and marketing, setting the stage for innovative campaign strategies and deepened senior client relationships. Her impressive track record in driving growth and achieving outstanding results has positioned her as a highly respected leader in the industry. In her new role, she will leverage her strategic vision and creative insight to advance N2O’s partnership with Tesco, particularly in elevating the “Taste at Tesco” initiative. She spent the last 6 years at Retail Solutions business Shopmium.

Before Shopmium, Tarpinder served as Client Director at Sainsbury’s, where she successfully collaborated with global brands such as Unilever, Danone, General Mills, and Kimberly-Clark. Her expertise in relationship management and strategic planning resulted in measurable sales growth and reinforced her reputation as a top performer in the sector.

At Shopmium, Tarpinder built the Client Development team from the ground up, transforming it into a powerhouse through her efforts that fostered repeat client engagements and substantial business growth, a testament to her ability to cultivate strong, long-lasting partnerships.
