Revium Group appoint Lauren Patterson as CFO

Revium Group have appointed Lauren Patterson as their new CFO, to operate across all business units in the UK and abroad.

Lauren comes to Revium with a breadth of experience. She joins from HR Wallingford, an independent research and consultancy in civil engineering and environmental hydraulics, having been their CFO for the past 3 years. Lauren’s most notable achievements within her previous role were in helping to bring the global HR Wallingford group together and additionally make it a more commercially sound business. Furthermore Lauren was responsible for Howbery Park, the group’s commercial property business, which won the Thames Valley business park of the year in 2017.

Lauren described her vision of the role at Revium “As the oil in a machine – the machine always works well, everyone’s informed and efficient and we know where we’re heading. A good CFO always delivers that to the business.” She continued, “it isn’t all about the numbers, it’s about making sure we understand what they mean and it goes a lot further than that; What can we do with our numbers to make them better or what might happen to our numbers to make them worse, what will we do about it and how will it affect what we want to do as a business”.
