Sense helps #brumbreathes to PR success with concourse Clean Air Day promotion

Brum_LI_SocialTo celebrate Clean Air Day on 17th June, Sense were appointed to work with Birmingham City Council to communicate the importance of removing unnecessary vehicles on Birmingham’s roads to reduce air pollution.

A week long engagement includes a display outside the concourse of Grand Central and New Street Station supported by staff providing information, advice and guidance on the wider causes, effects and solutions to air pollution, aside from vehicular emissions.

Sense London were appointed to deliver the activation after a competitive tender process. The site space was provided free of charge as part of the Activate programme – a Network Rail and Space and People initiative offering free concourse spaces in its mainline stations as footfall returns.

The activity has drawn impressive PR coverage including an excellent piece at ITV.
