Showpad appoints Schiltz to its board

Showpad, the global sales enablement leader, has announced the appointment of veteran SaaS executive, Matthew Schiltz, to its board of directors to further grow and develop the business.

Schiltz is an experienced senior executive with a proven track record of building successful high-growth SaaS companies, from startups to public entities. Having previously served as CEO for three companies achieving +$1B valuation, including Conga and DocuSign, his expertise will be invaluable for Showpad’s executive team and company growth efforts.

Schiltz is joining as Showpad’s first independent board member and will leverage his operational and strategic experience to support the company’s continued growth.

“Having known Louis and PJ for the past five years, I’ve been following Showpad closely and am continually impressed by its ingenuity and ability to execute,” said Schiltz. “I’m looking forward to using my experience to help Showpad continue to scale. I am optimistic about the opportunity in front of us and confident in our ability to become the sales enablement solution for companies around the world.”

This new appointment comes on the heels of immense company momentum and recognition. Last month, Showpad hosted a successful TRANSFORM Virtual Conference that attracted over 4,500 attendees and featured forward-thinking speakers including Scott Santucci and Mary Shea. Additionally, Showpad was named a strong performer in sales content solutions by Forrester, an independent research firm, in The Forrester Wave™: Sales Content Solutions, Q3 2020. Also, Showpad was once again named on Deloitte’s  Technology Fast 500 list, marking the company’s fifth consecutive year on the list.
