Staffing partner Elevate expands European presence

Global staffing partner for brand experiences, Elevate, is announcing the launch of an expanded European presence to reflect accelerated growth for the business in the region. The launch includes the opening of three new offices in Germany, France and Austria, providing brands and partners with greater opportunities to create and deliver multi-market European experiences and events, activated at a local level.
Elevate, the award-winning staffing business that connects people with brands, has also made three key senior appointments to lead the regions.
Elevate Germany will be led by newly promoted Managing Director, Sarah Wangler. Wangler brings over twelve years’ expertise in the experience and events industry, most recently leading Promotion for You, a market-leader in creating retail activations for beauty brands acquired by Elevate in 2021. Germany’s current Managing Director, Jonas Willuhm, is stepping into the role of Global Chief Growth Officer to oversee the business’ global growth ambitions.
Elevate has also appointed the founder of Well&Work, Julie Reed, as Managing Director for France and ex-Kru Live Operations Director Ingrid Windisch as Managing Director for Austria. Both have the remit to expand the roster of in-market clients with global experience portfolios.
The expansion of the business follows a successful pivot to virtual experience creation at the start of the pandemic. This along with a robust investment in Elevate’s people, processes, data and technology platforms, is resulting in new ways for clients to measure value and ultimately ROI for experiences.
The new business divisions across Europe leverage innovation and creativity from a diverse talent pool of brand ambassadors in-market and ensure cultural relevance for the world’s biggest and most exciting brands is maintained at a local level.
