SpaceandPeople bolsters senior management team with new appointments

David Pain joins as business director – venues and Andy Wright as client services account director, strengthening SpaceandPeople’s focus on growth within the UK market.

David will be working within the venues division with a specific focus on acquiring major portfolios and looking at new ways of working with the company’s existing venue partners.  The successful acquisition of new venue portfolios across all commercial property types is part of SpaceandPeople’s continuing investment in systems and people, which is crucial to the professional delivery of commercialisation services.

Matthew Bending SpaceandPeople’s CEO said, “David joining the group will reinforce the company’s focus on its core UK market; not just in enabling greater coverage of the market but to provide insight and alternative business models to venues in a rapidly changing retail, transit and outdoor market.”

Andy Wright has also recently re-joined SpaceandPeople at the start of 2018 as an account director for client services. Andy was a key member of the SpaceandPeople retail and brand experience teams for over six years and is now working with Andrew Keiller, client services director, to manage and grow current clients and agencies as well as sourcing new and exciting mall operators.

Both appointments support SpaceandPeople’s investment in the future of the business by bringing in key talent to aid the continuous drive for innovation of services and to meet the needs of their client base within an ever-changing and exciting commercial property landscape.
