Incredibull DNA attracts attention

Creative agency IncrediBull, a 2011 FM&BE award winner, is marking some impressive milestones in 2012 with the launch of its brand new website and a recent Great Places to Work award win.

The re-designed IncrediBull.com unveils the agency’s new vision – Your Creative Brain – and demonstrates how IncrediBull’s skills in PR, design, events, digital and film deliver successful campaigns for brands via one of three pillars: activating sales, motivating employees and engaging customers. The launch of the new website coincides with IncrediBull landing 11th place (out of 25) in the UK’s annual Great Place to Work awards, beating other agencies such as Kindred and Bite communications in the small category.

Lisa Taylor, managing director at IncrediBull says: “It’s been an exciting year so far at IncrediBull not least because of our fantastic Great Places to Work award win. We believe our people are at the heart of our success and this award goes some way to demonstrating that. Our business is all about relationships, which starts here in the office.”

IncrediBull will be looking for the IncrediBull DNA when it opens the doors to 15 graduates on 26th June, the agency’s Grad Day. The group – shortlisted from hundreds of applicants – will be subjected to a full day of challenges, activities and problem-solving scenarios in a bid to distinguish the most creative and brightest graduate in the bunch. The final, overall winner will be offered a three month placement in the autumn.

Sam Theobald, HR Manager at IncrediBull says: “It’s very important for creative companies to employ the right kind of talent during the recession. Our people drive our creative thoughts, and in a recession we rely on our people to take educated risks, think outside normal boundaries and not be afraid to challenge the status quo. Clients expect solutions that will set them apart from their competitors in this market, and we need people who help provide those solutions. New recruits that add value and fit into the culture are key to the growth of any company, especially at IncrediBull. Recruiting for grad day will be different to our usual interview process, but we’ll have the entire day to see if any of the applicants display some, or all, of our IncrediBull DNA.”
