Independent Events recently took to Manchester to bring in The Year of The Monkey in style with Tsingtao Beer and a popup ping pong hall/restaurant combination. Yang Sing Restaurant was the location for this event to welcome in the Chinese New Year, with specially recruited brand ambassadors on hand to entertain guests with the ping pong tables, serve people at the bar and also bring out the Instagram frames for photos used on social media utilising the #TsingtaoCNY hashtag.
Guests could try to beat the Tsingtao ping pong robot and win themselves a free pro ping pong table, and were also treated to a dim sum from the restaurant and a chilled Tsingtao beer. As well as, IE staff manned the bar and carried out data capture for the international beverage company.
