REL Field Marketing named as a Best Workplace by Great Place to Work

REL Field Marketing is named by Great Place to Work® as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces in the large category (organisations with 500+ employees) in their annual Best Workplaces list.

This is the second time REL Field Marketing has achieved this honour which recognises high trust, high engagement and workplace culture. This is the driving force behind their ability to attract and retain talent which helps drive the business success.

The methodology behind this list rigorous and uniquely comprises both an employee survey and an audit into an organisation’s management and HR practices.

Tom O’Byrne, Great Place to Work® CEO said: ‘We are delighted to see REL Field Marketing on our Best Workplaces list this year. It is a validation of the strength of their leadership and their commitment to creating the kind of culture where employees enjoy coming to work and want to do their best. The hallmark of a great workplace like REL Field Marketing is that their policies and practices are designed around the employee; this employee focus helps attract and retain the talent essential for driving and sustaining competitive performance.’

Stephen Gordon, REL MD said: “We recognise that people engagement is the key driver of performance. Releasing discretionary effort in our people is the magic dust delivering outstanding results for great brands we represent.”

“Gaining accreditation from Great Place to Work® for the second year is a significant achievement for REL. This award recognises the strength of our leadership and the range of innovative, creative and effective policies we have which creates our workplace culture.

Placing 15th validates our approach and critically, the superior results it delivers for our customers, and of course that we are realising our vision “Loved by our people and First Choice for customers.””

As a scheme, Great Place to Work attracts participation from some of Britain’s largest employers including second placed McDonald’s Restaurants with over 30,000 employees.
