CACI and Natural Insight agree partnership to aid field marketing agencies

CACI and Natural Insight have agreed a partnership that will enable field marketing agencies and retailers to achieve excellence in their field and in-store operations.

CACI’s territory optimisation and call scheduling solutions have always helped sales reps and merchandisers travel to the front door of retail outlets in an efficient manner.  Clients include CPM, Reach and REL. The partnership with Natural Insight will now enable CACI to help its clients increase efficiency and effectiveness inside the store too.

Natural Insight, a leading on-demand solution provider for workforce management, is recognised for its technology platform that drives high efficiencies in scheduling, monitoring, collecting data and reporting on distributed workforce activity.

With Natural Insight, customers are able to address critical gaps in productivity by understanding and auditing work in progress.
